A: While walk-in customers are always welcome, we encourage you to make an appointment to ensure that we can give you the personalized service you need.

Q: What is a Trunk Show?

A: A trunk show is when a dress designer company sends us one of each new gown they have designed for the season.  We then have these gowns on display in our store for a limited number of days.  This is a great opportunity for you to stop in and see the actual gowns that you have been dreaming about in the magazines.

Q: Are alterations included in the price of my gown?

A: Alterations are not included in the price of our gowns and the cost of alterations depends on the extent of work required.

Q: Can you order a gown I saw in a bridal magazine?

A: Victorian Bridal and Formal Wear can special order any gown made by a designer.

Q: Do you offer shipping services?

A: Yes. If your wedding is in another state or country, simply let us know. We can ship your gown to any destination worldwide.

Q: Do you offer dress preserving services?

A: Yes, we offer exclusive preservation services for wedding gowns and veils at an additional cost.
